About Me
I graduated from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore with Honours in Sports Science and Management.
I currently work at Sport Singapore (SportSG) under the High Performance Sports Institute (HPSI), Sport Technology team, where I serve as the lead data engineer. My work involves building data systems, pipelines, and analytics solutions to support Singapore’s sporting ecosystem.
Through data engineering and technology, I help drive a stronger data culture within the national sport sector, enabling teams and stakeholders to make more informed decisions.
Outside my main role, I also provide IT support, software development, automation, and web development services to businesses. I have worked with multiple companies such as R.A.K. Materials Consultants Pte Ltd & P3 Technology Engineering Pte Ltd, supporting their IT operations and improving business workflows through technology. As I enjoy developing integrations and automations, I also spent some spare time working on software engineering projects such as web applications and scripting on a freelance basis.
Work aside, I am passionate about Linux, open-source tools, software engineering, infrastructure, automation, and cybersecurity. In my free time, I enjoy working on technical projects, exploring new technologies, and playing guitar.

Work Experience

Adopted DevOps approach of CI/CD in deploying apps with containerization technology such as Docker.
Developed, maintenance and deployment of ETLT data pipelines using Rust and MySQL Heatwave in Oracle Cloud. Performed collection and analysis of data to identify patterns, trends, insights, and solutions. This includes a wide range of skill sets such as data modeling, scraping and machine learning.
